I’m a health coach and board certified nutrition therapist based in NE Ohio. Since I can remember I’ve always been drawn to holistic health and wellness. My own struggles with acne, gut issues, hormonal imbalances, and irregular cycles sparked a desire to identify and address these root cause issues with a natural and sustainable approach to healing. Alongside my personal journey, my curiosity has driven me to learn more about the best practices to support optimal health as unique individuals. I believe we all deserve to feel our absolute best. This led me to pursue my certification in holistic nutrition therapy at the Nutrition Therapy Institute and become board certified in holistic nutrition through the NANP.

I have been working as a health coach for the past 3 years at Cleveland Clinic, where it’s been a rewarding experience to support others on their path towards optimal health. But I felt a deeper calling to dive further into an area that has always felt sacred to me—supporting and nourishing mamas and babies through the profound and transformative journey of preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. This inspired me to pursue training and certification in holistic nutrition for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. I’m honored to support women in my private practice, both locally and virtually, during these sacred and precious times in their lives.

When I’m not coaching or supporting all you beautiful mamas and babies, you can find me spending time in nature with my husband, cozied up with my cat and a good book, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or sweating it out on my yoga mat.

Although I’m not yet a mother myself, I am currently on my own journey of nourishing my body for optimal fertility and it would be my absolute honor to support you wherever you may be on your own unique journey.
