Ideally, at least three to four months before you plan to conceive but it’s never too late (or too early) to begin. Each woman’s timeline is unique, and your care will be personalized to meet you exactly where you are in your journey.

While your provider focuses on you and baby’s clinical needs, I‘m here to help you integrate nourishing foods, daily habits, and stress management that enhance your overall wellbeing throughout pregnancy.

Not at all! While some clients start preparing for postpartum before birth or reach out during the early weeks, others find they need support months later, especially once the initial help fades. Healing has no deadline, and you’re never “too late” to receive care.

Totally! We’ll talk about how to support your milk supply through food, hydration, and supplements, while making sure your own nutrient needs are being met, too. If you’re combo feeding or not breastfeeding, your care is just as important, and we’ll tailor support to match your needs.

Between hormonal shifts, sleep deprivation, and the identity changes that come with new motherhood, it’s completely normal to feel off or overwhelmed. While I’m not a licensed therapist, I offer a supportive space within my scope to process what you’re experiencing and provide tools and nourishment to help you feel more grounded.
